I just wanted to take a moment and tell anyone who is wanting to sell their home quick, that Rodney is your man . Mr. Miller came to our home and gave us a estatement on the same day I contacted him. We checked 3 0r 4 other places and he had the best offer. we needed to act fast as we had found a home in another city that we wanted to purchase. After we called Rodney back , we cosed within 12 days. Got our money and were able to purchase new home. Rodney even allowed us to rent back one of our homes until we could move everything. he also allowed us to take a special light fixture with us. during our visits Rodney told us if we knew anyone else who wanted to sell a home to refer them and he would give us $500 , well we did and guess what I just got a check in mail today.
